Price Unplugged

This summer our community is doing a program called Price Unplugged. It's basically a bucket list of 100 activities kids can do to keep them more active and not "plugged in" to their video games, computers, TVs etc. There are businesses that sponsor each activity and once the kids complete an activity they go into that business and get a brag tag (it looks like a dog tag.) I love that our community works so hard to provide fun activities for the kids. Our kids have been so excited for this program and ask me every day what we can do to earn a new badge. So far we've participated in an epic community water balloon fight (more on that later,) gone swimming (#94 & #28), kept a log of our food and activity for a day (#47,) went bowling (#24,) made paper airplanes (#57,) played with sidewalk chalk (#66,) made our beds for a week (#101) went to the Dinosaur Museum (#100,) and participated in a Zumba class!(#10) Whew!  Here are pictures of some of those activities taken with my new camera. Some are a little blurry because I'm still trying to figure things out!

What a fun summer we are having so far! We only have 90 more unplugged activities to do! Be prepared for lots more blog posts about our Price Unplugged bucket list!
