A few weeks ago while Tyson and I went to Glenwood Springs, CO for a few days, our kids went to stay with Grandpa Bill and Grandma Susan in Loa. They had so much fun they didn't even seem to want to come home! Grandpa had rented a 6 person Polaris ATV and they went riding around in the mountains each of the three days. They visited lots of lakes and went to Boulder mountain and Thousand Lake mountain. They tried to fish using a stick and a fish hook they found, which didn't work out, but was fun anyway! They also went to the cabin of one of their ancestors George Chappell. They each got to learn how to drive the ATV and spent time driving it around in the field behind grandma's house, dodging hay bales! When they weren't out in the mountains they spent time practicing shooting their bows and learning how to golf with grandpa, or helping grandma fix meals. They sure had a great time!
