An original story by Amber Chappell inspired by the author Laura Numeroff.
So the next day she'll go pick 2 GALLONS of raspberries.
Then she'll want to make raspberry jam.
She'll go to the basement to get some canning jars.
The pile mountain of unfolded, but clean, clothes on the basement couch will remind her that she needs to put in another load of laundry.
Since she's already in the basement she'll go in to tidy up the boys bathroom.
Then she'll remember she still needs to finish painting it. So she'll apply another coat.
While she still has the paint supplies out she'll decide to touch up some nicks and dings on the walls upstairs.
She'll trip over the canning jars she left on the stairs and remember she was going to make jam.
So she'll make jam and then realize she has no bread to spread it on so she'll make bread too.
While cleaning up the kitchen her kids will come home from school and ask for a snack. So she'll give them a slice of fresh homemade bread with raspberry jam.
And chances are when she sees the raspberry jam smeared on their faces.......she'll remember they have a soccer game!
Anybody else feel like they're living a life deserving of a Laura Numeroff style story?!
